WEBVTT
00:00:00.160 --> 00:00:02.799
We just dove in into this blizzard that just happened.
00:00:02.879 --> 00:00:05.759
And the concern that we had with it was we knew that it was coming.
00:00:05.839 --> 00:00:07.839
We had like four or five days in prep time.
00:00:07.919 --> 00:00:15.519
And because of that, a lot of us were proactive and were able to avoid the power outages that some weren't able to do simply by having the generators prepped and ready to go.
00:00:15.679 --> 00:00:20.719
Now, just because we're electricians, we were able to have that done, but the average customer doesn't have that mindset.
00:00:20.960 --> 00:00:24.399
They're out there buying milk and eggs when the fridge isn't going to have power in the first place.
00:00:24.559 --> 00:00:25.440
So what do you do?
00:00:25.760 --> 00:00:37.600
Hello, hello, hello, and welcome to the Million Dollar Electrician Podcast, where we help home service pros like you supercharge your business and spark up those sales.
00:00:37.759 --> 00:00:45.840
I'm Joseph Lucani, and together with my co-host Clay New Meyer, we're here to share the secrets that have helped electricians sell over a million dollars from a single service band.
00:00:46.079 --> 00:00:48.399
Now it's time for sales.
00:00:48.640 --> 00:00:50.799
It's time for scale.
00:00:51.119 --> 00:00:56.399
It's time to become a million-dollar electrician.
00:00:58.719 --> 00:01:02.399
Hello, hello, hello, my friend, and welcome back to the Million Dollar Electrician.
00:01:02.479 --> 00:01:11.120
I'm Joseph Lucani, and I am so excited to be diving in and helping you out and what can you do prior to the storm and after the storm to serve your customers at the highest level.
00:01:11.280 --> 00:01:19.200
Now, conveniently, this episode is actually sponsored by Duramax, great system for quality backup power, and we're going to be talking great about what we can do about it.
00:01:19.439 --> 00:01:25.760
Now, we just on the East Coast, I'm in New York, as you guys know, and a lot of people in our area got dumped on with snow.
00:01:25.840 --> 00:01:30.239
Personally, I got 18 plus inches, and it was around four to 20 degrees at the highest.
00:01:30.480 --> 00:01:32.560
Granted, the temperature doesn't have much against certain people.
00:01:32.719 --> 00:01:35.120
I know there were some who were down to the negative 20s.
00:01:35.280 --> 00:01:36.400
That's pretty intense.
00:01:36.480 --> 00:01:39.200
I'm pretty sure that we should not be living there if it's that cold.
00:01:39.439 --> 00:01:40.719
But I digress.
00:01:41.200 --> 00:01:58.239
Now, what I wanted to do today is talk about what we can do during storms that we know are coming, or what can we do with storms that we don't know are coming in order to make our customers not only feel seen, but let's get our foot back in the door so we can serve them at a higher level and generate a fair profit in the process without being pushy or salesy.
00:01:58.400 --> 00:01:59.680
So let's get into it.
00:01:59.920 --> 00:02:04.319
Now, as a result, we just dove in into this uh blizzard that just happened.
00:02:04.400 --> 00:02:07.439
And the concern that we had with it was we knew that it was coming.
00:02:07.599 --> 00:02:09.759
We had like four or five days in prep time.
00:02:09.840 --> 00:02:18.159
And because of that, a lot of us were proactive and were able to avoid the power outages that some weren't able to do simply by having the generators prepped and ready to go.
00:02:18.400 --> 00:02:21.919
Now, just because we're electricians, we were able to have that done.
00:02:22.159 --> 00:02:24.319
But the average customer doesn't have that mindset.
00:02:24.479 --> 00:02:28.400
They're out there buying milk and eggs when the fridge isn't going to have power in the first place.
00:02:28.560 --> 00:02:29.599
So, what do you do?
00:02:29.840 --> 00:02:36.000
The first thing that I recommend is calling every customer you currently have a maintenance agreement with.
00:02:36.159 --> 00:02:43.360
Now, the reason being is one, we want them to feel seen and we want them to renew, but we also need to do so in a way that serves them.
00:02:43.439 --> 00:02:46.159
So there's a real tangible value of them working with us.
00:02:46.319 --> 00:02:47.840
So this is what I recommend doing.
00:02:48.000 --> 00:02:55.919
If you have a list of all the customers who've ever worked with you or ever purchased a maintenance that revolves around a generator, you're going to be reaching out prior to the storm.
00:02:56.000 --> 00:02:59.520
And that could be simply along the lines of, hey, this is Joe at Service Electrical.
00:02:59.599 --> 00:03:00.639
Hope you're doing really well.
00:03:00.800 --> 00:03:06.240
I want to check in because you're currently a generator customer, or we had the pleasure of taking care of your generator in the past.
00:03:06.400 --> 00:03:11.280
And because of the storm we suspect is going to be coming in, we wanted to make sure you're prepared for any kind of power outages.
00:03:11.439 --> 00:03:16.400
Would you like us to come and do a pre-storm service to make sure that everything's operational and you won't have any concerns?
00:03:16.719 --> 00:03:25.280
Now, the reason why we're doing that is because there are some real situations where dumb things causes the customer to not have power.
00:03:25.439 --> 00:03:31.280
And the worst part about it is imagine this is the first time they would have lost power and you installed the system and now it doesn't work.
00:03:31.439 --> 00:03:38.400
That could be if it's an automatic, something as simple as you didn't put it back into automatic and the customer doesn't have the key to open it back up.
00:03:38.639 --> 00:03:48.159
Or it could be that the customer is counting on the electric start for the portable generator to work, but it didn't have any charge to it because they haven't done anything with it in the past year.
00:03:48.400 --> 00:03:54.400
Now, those two things could be the difference between a customer not being taken care of and being really pissed at you in the process.
00:03:54.639 --> 00:03:59.439
So by going out and offering a pre-storm service, you are doing a full consumable maintenance.
00:03:59.520 --> 00:04:10.800
You're whether it's an automatic, you're doing everything involved in that, updating the software, doing a one-over check, but also doing the full operational test, meaning I'm gonna throw the main and I'm gonna make sure that it's gonna transfer.
00:04:10.879 --> 00:04:14.000
And then I'm gonna go through the house to make sure all your critical things are done.
00:04:14.240 --> 00:04:16.480
Like that could be your de-icing system.
00:04:16.720 --> 00:04:20.240
That could be the heat, it could be the fridge, it could be the sub pump.
00:04:20.319 --> 00:04:24.800
We don't know what is backing up, but we're if it is and we think it's critical, we're gonna inspect it.
00:04:25.040 --> 00:04:26.399
The same with portables.
00:04:26.639 --> 00:04:33.120
Now, sometimes people they really sleep on portables, and I really think that's a shame because I prefer portables over automatics.
00:04:33.360 --> 00:04:37.360
So if you have portable customers as well, you should still go out to do the service.
00:04:37.680 --> 00:04:42.160
Because if you didn't previously, who's gonna make sure the carburetor is clean?
00:04:42.319 --> 00:04:43.759
Well, quality is the oil.
00:04:43.839 --> 00:04:45.040
Does the battery have any charge?
00:04:45.199 --> 00:04:46.879
It would even have a spark.
00:04:47.199 --> 00:04:49.360
So these things are very important to do.
00:04:49.680 --> 00:04:56.639
Now, the same time that we're gonna do with the automatic, we also do the power outage simulation with the portable because that's gonna reveal a couple things.
00:04:56.879 --> 00:05:04.959
Let's say the customer's with you, and you're like, hey, I want to show you how to do it to make sure that you know everything that you need to do in order to make sure you've got the power outage covered.
00:05:05.199 --> 00:05:10.480
Now, the way I'd like to do that is I'm going to have them physically wheel the generator out.
00:05:10.639 --> 00:05:15.600
I'm going to plug it into the inlet, and I'm going to do a pole start as well as transfer power.
00:05:15.839 --> 00:05:20.240
But this is really great for certain customers that didn't have the ideal installation.
00:05:20.480 --> 00:05:28.720
My personal opinion is that the inlet where you're plugging in the generator should be as close to where you're going to store the generator as possible.
00:05:28.959 --> 00:05:31.360
The reason being is we got over 18 inches.
00:05:31.600 --> 00:05:44.560
And if the inlet is on the opposite side of the house from the garage, you either have to have an extremely long cord or you got to wheel this generator after shoveling a path through the snow in order to get it out there.
00:05:44.720 --> 00:05:49.199
And then maybe you get there in advance, it's going to be covered in snow anyway.
00:05:49.360 --> 00:05:50.959
So that's not super convenient.
00:05:51.120 --> 00:06:05.040
So if you can have the customer walk through and understand that's a factor, that's something that you can offer and be like, hey, it we'd love to get this taken care of for you, especially if you have a few days in advance, so that when the storm does come, if you are at a power, you're not dealing with it.
00:06:05.279 --> 00:06:07.600
Now, another great thing about that is this.
00:06:07.839 --> 00:06:10.399
Recently, I actually threw my back out.
00:06:10.639 --> 00:06:14.000
One of the benefits of getting a little older is you do it just in random ways.
00:06:14.240 --> 00:06:20.079
But the reason why I'm bringing that up is because I consider myself a strong individual.
00:06:20.399 --> 00:06:25.759
But if I was counting on that during a storm and as a result said, you know what?
00:06:25.920 --> 00:06:28.319
I don't need to have the inlet brought closer.
00:06:28.639 --> 00:06:37.680
I am going to be strong enough to get the generator across the other side of the house, or I've got this huge, like 100, 200 foot long cord and I'm just gonna wheel it out no problem.
00:06:37.920 --> 00:06:39.199
I threw my back out.
00:06:39.439 --> 00:06:45.759
Walking was not fun, let alone shoveling a path for a generator and wheeling a huge extension cord along the way.
00:06:46.079 --> 00:06:53.360
So if someone had brought that to my attention during that situation, it would actually still be top of mind enough to say, you know what?
00:06:53.519 --> 00:06:57.759
Maybe we should consider moving the inlet because I don't know what kind of health I'm gonna run into.
00:06:58.000 --> 00:06:59.920
So that's something we could great we can do.
00:07:00.160 --> 00:07:02.160
So let's go even further into this.
00:07:02.399 --> 00:07:06.319
There's also things that you can do if they're first class customers.
00:07:06.480 --> 00:07:09.040
And that also happens before and after the storm as well.
00:07:09.360 --> 00:07:12.720
Backing that up, let's stick with the generator customer first, and then we'll dive into first class.
00:07:12.879 --> 00:07:26.319
What I'm gonna suggest with additional with generators is after the storm, if you have customers who for some reason did not pre-chose the pre-storm service, you can reach out to say, hey, we have you listed as a generator customer.
00:07:26.399 --> 00:07:28.399
We want, we know that you're on our maintenance plan.
00:07:28.560 --> 00:07:31.120
We just wanted to make sure that A, you didn't lose power.
00:07:31.199 --> 00:07:33.199
And if you did, then the generator worked for you.
00:07:33.439 --> 00:07:35.360
Regardless, we just want to make sure you're taken care of.
00:07:35.519 --> 00:07:36.160
Was everything good?
00:07:36.240 --> 00:07:37.199
Was everyone safe?
00:07:37.439 --> 00:07:40.319
Now that comes across really, you know, compassionate.
00:07:40.399 --> 00:07:41.040
And that's the goal.
00:07:41.120 --> 00:07:45.360
We are leading with empathy and compassion, but also as a secondary benefit, too.
00:07:45.600 --> 00:07:55.759
If we are reaching out to someone who just lost power and for some reason the generator didn't work, well, maybe it wasn't us who took care of it, maybe it was something else.
00:07:56.000 --> 00:07:59.439
Regardless, I want to know about that so I can go take care of that customer.
00:07:59.759 --> 00:08:03.920
Additionally, maybe they lost power, but they didn't have everything they wanted.
00:08:04.079 --> 00:08:06.240
They only backed up the essentials and they're like, you know what?
00:08:06.319 --> 00:08:07.439
It was, it was really uncomfortable.
00:08:07.519 --> 00:08:08.560
We were camping out.
00:08:08.720 --> 00:08:11.439
That's the kind of customer that would be interested in the upgrade.
00:08:11.680 --> 00:08:17.360
So you reach out to your customers before to make sure the system is serviced and there's no issues prior to the storm.
00:08:17.519 --> 00:08:26.720
And you reach out to those same customers after to make sure that the system operated the way they wanted it to, that it was convenient, that everyone's safe, and that they didn't need any additional circuits while they were out.
00:08:26.959 --> 00:08:33.120
Now, there's another person you follow up with generators too, and that's all the customers that didn't buy a generator from you.
00:08:33.279 --> 00:08:36.879
That whether they're existing customers or whether they were just leads that you had.
00:08:37.039 --> 00:08:41.519
What you'd want to do is get all those customers on file and reach out after the storm.
00:08:41.679 --> 00:08:43.679
Say, hi, this is Joe at Service Electrical.
00:08:43.759 --> 00:08:44.639
Hope you're doing well.
00:08:44.799 --> 00:08:49.200
Um, I know that we originally talked X months ago when we talked about getting you a generator system.
00:08:49.360 --> 00:08:51.039
I know it wasn't something you move forwarded with.
00:08:51.200 --> 00:08:54.480
I just wanted to make sure that everyone was safe and that it wasn't a situation where you lost power.
00:08:54.639 --> 00:08:56.879
I assume you still had power the entire weekend, right?
00:08:57.200 --> 00:09:07.440
Now we're going through assuming they had power because I want them to either agree and say yes, and therefore we're not seeming like we're pushing anything, or they're gonna say, well, actually we did.
00:09:07.600 --> 00:09:10.240
And if they did, then we can volunteer a solution.
00:09:10.480 --> 00:09:12.080
You know, I'm sorry you lost power.
00:09:12.159 --> 00:09:14.159
You know, I didn't expect that that could be the case.
00:09:14.320 --> 00:09:18.639
But at the same time, you know, we actually would love to prevent that from happening from you in the future.
00:09:18.799 --> 00:09:23.759
Would you be open to discussing some solutions that we have that we can actually prevent this from happening again?
00:09:24.080 --> 00:09:27.679
And if they did say they didn't lose power, that's totally fine.
00:09:27.759 --> 00:09:28.799
I'm so glad to hear that.
00:09:28.879 --> 00:09:30.240
I just wanted to make sure you were taken care of.
00:09:30.320 --> 00:09:34.480
And if nothing else, know that here at SLE, we're thinking of you both before the storm and after.
00:09:34.639 --> 00:09:35.600
Hope you have an amazing day.
00:09:35.679 --> 00:09:39.039
If it's ever something you want to consider in the future, you can always reach us at this number.
00:09:39.360 --> 00:09:41.200
So that's if you got generator customers.
00:09:41.360 --> 00:09:43.120
Let's say that's not a niche you're into.
00:09:43.360 --> 00:09:46.960
You can still proceed with something really helpful, and that's first class customers.
00:09:47.120 --> 00:09:55.759
So our first class members are our club membership, where we want to treat someone with the benefit of you have priority service, meaning out you're gonna go to the front of the line in front of anyone else.
00:09:55.919 --> 00:09:57.679
You're gonna have after hours emergency service.
00:09:57.840 --> 00:10:03.519
Doesn't mean 24-7, but whatever your hours are, you're offering to all come earlier or later than those.
00:10:03.759 --> 00:10:08.720
You're going to be doing no diagnostic charges for anything that they call you to inspect.
00:10:08.879 --> 00:10:14.399
And you're gonna offer a one annual electrical service for their home, making sure you do a whole home electrical inspection.
00:10:14.720 --> 00:10:16.960
Now, this is what we're gonna do with that.
00:10:17.120 --> 00:10:19.600
You reach out to all your customers prior to the storm.
00:10:19.759 --> 00:10:22.000
Just say, hey, you know, this is Joe SLE.
00:10:22.159 --> 00:10:25.360
Really want to just reach out and say thank you again for being a first-class customer.
00:10:25.519 --> 00:10:27.919
We do know that the storm is planning on coming this weekend.
00:10:28.000 --> 00:10:32.320
We just want to make sure that everything was taken care of and you have everything you need in order to feel comfortable.
00:10:32.639 --> 00:10:39.600
That's great because one, it makes them feel seen and heard, but it also could be something where they say, you know, honestly, can we talk about a generator?
00:10:39.840 --> 00:10:40.720
It happens.
00:10:40.960 --> 00:10:44.320
Or it's something where they say, you know, actually, I had XYZ.
00:10:44.399 --> 00:10:48.480
I didn't need anything for the storm, but while we're on the phone, I was actually thinking of something else.
00:10:48.799 --> 00:10:49.440
Great.
00:10:49.600 --> 00:10:50.559
Wonderful.
00:10:50.879 --> 00:10:57.200
The second thing that you can do is go in further and reach after the storm and say, This is Joe at SLE.
00:10:57.279 --> 00:11:00.960
As a first class customer, I went to first, thank you, being uh the best part of SLE.
00:11:01.120 --> 00:11:04.320
And I wanted to make sure that you didn't lose power or that everyone's okay.
00:11:04.480 --> 00:11:05.679
Is there anything that's going on?
00:11:05.840 --> 00:11:06.799
Is everyone safe in the home?
00:11:06.960 --> 00:11:08.720
Were you guys okay after the storm?
00:11:09.120 --> 00:11:10.960
That is top-tier service.
00:11:11.039 --> 00:11:18.080
Because if you really think about it, what we're doing in this moment is we're showcasing to the customer we want to take care of you.
00:11:18.320 --> 00:11:24.240
We are thinking about how we can help you, and we're doing everything in our power to make sure you feel seen and taken care of.
00:11:24.480 --> 00:11:26.799
That kind of treatment gets people to renew.
00:11:26.879 --> 00:11:34.639
And the more people renew because they're so satisfied with your service, not only generates revenue for you now, but allows you to get referrals for everyone in the future.
00:11:34.799 --> 00:11:39.919
Because if, hey, they called us to make sure we were okay, that's awesome.
00:11:40.080 --> 00:11:41.279
Let me tell my mother about that.
00:11:41.360 --> 00:11:42.399
Let me tell my grandmother about that.
00:11:42.480 --> 00:11:44.639
Let me tell my uncle, let me tell my friend, let me tell my neighbor.
00:11:44.799 --> 00:11:47.120
And that's how word of mouth really starts to spread.
00:11:47.360 --> 00:11:56.879
Now, the second thing is when you want to go even deeper into it, you can think about other options to save customers a lot of frustration.
00:11:57.120 --> 00:12:04.799
So we were talking about things earlier about like how do you move the inlet closer to the generator or move the inlet closer where the generator location is going to be.
00:12:04.960 --> 00:12:07.840
But that's not the only thing you can do during a power outage.
00:12:08.080 --> 00:12:10.559
Now, I personally love generator options.
00:12:10.639 --> 00:12:14.399
And I think specifically thinking of this storm, there's other things we can do.
00:12:14.639 --> 00:12:18.320
Now, the first thing is you don't lose power when the lights are on.
00:12:18.480 --> 00:12:19.600
It just doesn't happen.
00:12:19.759 --> 00:12:22.000
It's not going to be nine to five, Monday through Friday.
00:12:22.080 --> 00:12:27.120
It's usually when the rain's here, the storm storm's here, it's dark, it's early, and you're going by flashlight.
00:12:27.279 --> 00:12:33.759
So the first thing I usually would recommend is if there's a storm coming, why not make sure your customer is taking care of with emergency backup lighting?
00:12:34.000 --> 00:12:42.000
Literally just having something in place so that when the power comes out, like a commercial facility, the lights automatically come on, allowing you to have pathway guidance to the generator.
00:12:42.159 --> 00:12:48.559
Instead of walking around with your phone and trying to figure out what you're doing around the house, you have one over where the transfer stitch is.
00:12:48.639 --> 00:12:53.919
You have one over the basement stairs, over the garage is, over where the generator is stored, over where the inlet is.
00:12:54.080 --> 00:12:57.759
So the whole thing is just a seamless transition for the customer.
00:12:57.919 --> 00:13:00.240
I lost power, but my emergency lights are on.
00:13:00.320 --> 00:13:02.960
I walk like a gentleman, gentleman out to the generator.
00:13:03.120 --> 00:13:06.799
I can see the twist lock cord because it's actually eliminated.
00:13:06.960 --> 00:13:15.600
Plug it in, start the generator, go to my transfer switch, turn it all on, no cell phones needed, and I know I'm safe without tripping over the kids' shoes, which as a parent, you know is gonna happen.
00:13:15.679 --> 00:13:17.360
It's like synonymous with stepping on Legos.
00:13:17.519 --> 00:13:19.039
That thing is gonna happen.
00:13:19.279 --> 00:13:29.039
The next thing is there's a fear where when you have power and other people don't, especially as a portable system owner, there's always a fear that someone's gonna take it.
00:13:29.200 --> 00:13:32.960
I mean, that happened to Tundur and Sandy, and I'm pretty traumatized from it.
00:13:33.120 --> 00:13:41.759
Granted, you can take trauma and turn it into success if you can prevent that trauma from other people having it or have allowing keeping other people from having that trauma.
00:13:42.000 --> 00:13:43.200
So what do we do?
00:13:43.440 --> 00:13:57.279
We can offer anti-theft anchoring systems, meaning we literally will bury a support system underground, whether you're burying rebar, whether you're burying concrete footers, whether you're tying it to a massive slate foundation or you know, core drilling in.
00:13:57.440 --> 00:14:04.240
And you literally have an anchor chain, meaning it could be as simple as a bike lock, it could be heavy-duty steel chain as long as it's not rusting.
00:14:04.480 --> 00:14:06.399
And you have a long whip of it.
00:14:06.559 --> 00:14:22.240
That way, when you wheel the generator close to where you're gonna plug in the inlet, right next to the inlet is this long armored chain, which you then wrap around the generator and the auxiliary propane tanks if you have a you know portable propane system rather than just a gas or gasoline one.
00:14:22.480 --> 00:14:27.519
Now, what that does is that prevents the customer from having to pretty much stand guard overnight.
00:14:27.679 --> 00:14:32.080
Because if they're worried that people are gonna come take their generator, do you think they're gonna sleep really well?
00:14:32.320 --> 00:14:33.200
I know I wouldn't.
00:14:33.279 --> 00:14:35.440
I'd be standing there like an armed sentry ready to go.
00:14:35.679 --> 00:14:38.720
That way I want to make sure my family gets to sleep, but I'm not.
00:14:38.960 --> 00:14:48.559
But if I knew that generator was locked into place and that pretty much so and better coming with bolt cutters or a sausal to get that thing out, I'd think I'm gonna be pretty comfortable because most thieves are lazy.
00:14:48.720 --> 00:14:50.799
They want to go to the place that's easy to get in and get out.
00:14:50.879 --> 00:14:52.799
They're not coming in with extraction tools.
00:14:53.039 --> 00:14:58.399
Now, other than that, the next best thing you can do for customers is preventing this problem in the future.
00:14:58.559 --> 00:15:11.919
And the way you do that is offering pre-sold maintenance years, meaning that every time you see them or after every maintenance service you do, including the pre-serv pre-storm service, you offer a tier of options.
00:15:12.080 --> 00:15:22.559
Meaning, I if I was going to do six options off the top, it'd be five years of maintenance, four years of maintenance, three years of maintenance, two years of maintenance, one year of maintenance, and this current year's maintenance.
00:15:22.879 --> 00:15:27.279
That's six options just on the maintenance plan alone, let alone all the other options you can offer.
00:15:27.519 --> 00:15:39.200
The reason why we do that is one, it is an inflation fighting system, meaning that the customer is paying today's prices for tomorrow's service, meaning they're saving a lot when it comes to what inflation is going to be.
00:15:39.360 --> 00:15:41.440
Think about what things cost five years ago.
00:15:41.919 --> 00:15:44.639
We win because we get fronted that cash up front.
00:15:44.879 --> 00:15:49.200
They win because they save money and don't have to pay the inflated cost of everything that it is.
00:15:49.440 --> 00:15:50.480
So they win.
00:15:50.720 --> 00:15:54.480
But the secondary benefit is some people just don't think of the service.
00:15:54.559 --> 00:15:57.279
It's like you don't wake up one day and be like, you know what?
00:15:57.360 --> 00:15:59.039
I haven't maintained my generator recently.
00:15:59.120 --> 00:16:00.000
I should take care of that.
00:16:00.159 --> 00:16:06.879
It's usually I lost power, I got a poll start it, it doesn't start, and I'm like, oh babe, did you get the service this year?
00:16:07.120 --> 00:16:08.639
No, all right, I didn't either.
00:16:09.519 --> 00:16:10.559
What do we do?
00:16:10.879 --> 00:16:12.799
So that's the second suggestion I have.
00:16:13.120 --> 00:16:17.919
Now I'm gonna have to reel myself back here because I get way too excited when it comes to generators.
00:16:18.000 --> 00:16:19.919
There are way too many options we can do.
00:16:20.080 --> 00:16:23.200
And at the end of the day, it's not even about the sale.
00:16:23.840 --> 00:16:28.000
I mean, granted, it's a benefit, it's what we do what we do, but it's not everything.
00:16:28.320 --> 00:16:38.320
I personally feel that if we can take care of customers when they would need it most, if we can serve them from an altruistic standpoint, we stop being salespeople and start being service people.
00:16:38.559 --> 00:16:42.080
I want my customers to know we are going to take care of things.
00:16:42.240 --> 00:16:46.480
We are going to take care of you and we have your back, whether you notice it or not.
00:16:46.799 --> 00:16:50.960
If you can provide that level of service to your customers, you created a white glove experience.
00:16:51.039 --> 00:16:52.240
That is going to be hard to forget.
00:16:52.559 --> 00:16:54.639
So thank you, my friend, for joining us with this one.
00:16:54.799 --> 00:16:57.120
I want to know how did you do during the storm?
00:16:57.200 --> 00:16:58.480
I mean, we got 18 plus.
00:16:58.639 --> 00:16:59.519
Did you end up getting that?
00:16:59.679 --> 00:17:00.480
Did you get more than that?
00:17:00.559 --> 00:17:01.519
What was the temp?
00:17:01.679 --> 00:17:04.480
And regardless, I wish you peace, mercy, and blessings in your future.
00:17:04.640 --> 00:17:05.839
I can't wait to see in the next one.
00:17:05.920 --> 00:17:06.799
Be blessed, friend.
00:17:06.880 --> 00:17:07.440
Take care.
