What I struggle if I'm allowed to be a little more vulnerable here is as someone who struggles with extreme, chronic depression and anxiety.

Those are the things that are required for me to be at my best, not just because I want to be a better person, but I find to be that spearhead that I need to be.

Um, another condition of depression is you have the lack of dopamine and serotonin, which is the lack of joy in an activity, and you don't know when it happens or how it happens.

But because I've lived with that my entire life, I've learned to do things without the joy being present, which means that even when those things happen, because I've had to experience that, I'm able to push through it, because I've already conditioned myself to know the end must happen regardless.
